What is your return policy?

Most of our goods are limited edition, collectible, or custom-made, which means many items are final sale. We do allow returns or exchanges on select apparel if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (within 14 days of delivery).

Event bookings (Paint by Number Experience and Arts & Craft Events) require non-refundable deposits. Cancellations must be made in writing, and rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Every payment is processed securely through trusted providers to protect your information. How do I check the status of my order?

Arts & Craft Events are guided art experiences designed for different audiences — including college students (Arts & Craft University), youth programs, wellness groups, and older adults (Legacy series). These events create connection, relaxation, and creativity in a fun, structured setting.
