RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Nosaj Authentics Brand Inc., every piece and experience we create is designed with care. Because many of our products are limited edition and our services are event-based, our return and refund policy is structured to protect the integrity of our work while keeping things fair and clear for our customers.

1. Limited Edition Goods & Apparel

All limited edition artwork, prints, and apparel are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Apparel exchanges may be offered for size issues only if inventory is available. If the item is sold out, we may provide store credit instead of an exchange.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery to be eligible.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing NosajAuthentics@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement (if stock allows) or issue store credit.

3. Event-Based Services (Paint by Number Experience & Arts & Craft Events)

Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your date, staffing, and materials for your event.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits remain non-refundable, but rescheduling may be offered based on availability and at our discretion.
Final balances are due according to the terms in your event booking agreement.
If an event is delayed or canceled due to circumstances outside of our control (such as weather, illness, or venue issues), Nosaj Authentics reserves the right to reschedule without penalty.

4. Refund Method

Unless otherwise noted, approved refunds are issued as store credit to be used toward future product purchases or event bookings.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For clarity, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
