SECTION 21 – EVENT & SERVICE BOOKINGS

In addition to product sales, Nosaj Authentics Brand Inc. provides event-based art services, including but not limited to: murals, interactive art experiences such as the Paint by Number Experience, creative workshops, and other customized projects.

1. Deposits & Payments
• Service bookings may require a deposit at the time of scheduling.
  
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  
• Remaining balances are due according to the terms outlined in your booking agreement or invoice.
  
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made in writing.
  
• Deposits will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
  
• Rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional fees.
  
3. Custom Agreements
• Larger projects, such as murals or corporate/university events, may include additional agreements outlining scope of work, timelines, and responsibilities.
  
• These agreements will govern in addition to, and not in place of, these Terms of Service.
  
4. Client Responsibilities
• Clients are responsible for providing access to the agreed-upon location, securing necessary permissions, and ensuring the site is prepared for work or event setup.
  
• Any delays caused by lack of access, preparation, or approvals may result in additional charges.
  
5. Force Majeure
• Nosaj Authentics Brand Inc. is not liable for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control (including weather, natural disasters, illness, or venue issues). In such cases, bookings may be rescheduled without penalty.
  

SECTION 22 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, murals, illustrations, images, logos, branding materials, concepts, and designs created by or displayed on behalf of Nosaj Authentics Brand Inc. are the exclusive property of Nosaj Authentics Brand Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users of this website and clients of Nosaj Authentics Brand Inc. may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or otherwise use any of our artwork, images, concepts, or designs without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property, including but not limited to reproduction of murals, concepts, or images for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Nosaj Authentics Brand Inc. retains the right to display completed projects (including murals, artwork, and events) in portfolios, marketing materials, and promotional use unless otherwise agreed to in writing with the client.
