During Virginia Commonwealth University’s Welcome Week, the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs teamed up with Nosaj Authentics Brand to bring a burst of creativity to campus life. Over 40 newly enrolled students gathered for an evening of instructed art, food, and community, with refreshments provided by Tropical Smoothie.
The highlight of the night was a custom Rodney the Ram Arts & Craft University project where students could create their own version of the beloved school mascot. As brushes moved and colors filled the canvases, conversations flowed giving new Rams the perfect opportunity to meet, mingle and make connections before classes began.
The event combined school spirit with interactive art, leaving students with not only a keepsake painting but also new friendships and a memorable start to their VCU journey.
